What is Komos?
Komos is a point-of-sale (POS) system for bars, restaurants and cafés in Spain that runs on a small computer installed in the venue, with a tablet at the bar and a phone for table service. It takes payment at the counter and the tables, holds tabs and sends orders to the kitchen, and keeps working even if the internet drops, needing internet when installed and at least every 30 days.
